Temp fluctuations from98  to 99.8 ,headache,morning it is 97.8 and at afternoon or at evening it may increase to 99.6 to 99.8 doesn't cross 100 and at 7pm it comes to normal 98.6 without dolo650mg blood test done after5 days no Widal,all normal after 5 days again done Widal o&h 1:160, thyroid normal,chestxray clear,antibiotics used are rifagut-200mg-10tab,orni-o 4tab,azithromycin500mg-4tab,again blood test done widalo&h 1:40,but temp fluctuations from 98 to 99.6 again doctor given moxinow -4 tab used but still temp fluctuation.morning it is 98 and in afternon or evening it is 99.6 and after 7pm it is 98.4 now italmost30 days.what medicine I has to use,what's the problem .Also using bcomplex,
