I've temperature of 104F from last 2 days had combiflam tablet but no change sometimes body feels extreme cold and then extreme heat

Do not take combiflam or any other painkiller. You can take homoeopathic medicine belladona 30-6 pills every 2 hours for 1 day. Increase your fluid intake. If temperature continues to be this high , consult a local doctor.
