Hi Sir Can we use Telmisartan 40 mg instead olmesartan medoxomil 40 mg to treat High blood pressure. Does both are same? Do we get any additional problems? Doctor prescribed  Olmesartan medoxomil 40 mg. Presently my mother using it from past 3 months. Can my mother use Telma 40 instead olkem 40 as i mentioned above?
