I have tears problem in my both eyes from last 10-15 years. This problem is almost at this level level that if i am sleeping and my family members ask me why are you weaping. I have consult many doctors but they always change my eye sight no. And my problem is always far away from reach of doctor. Please suggest what to do and where should i consult.
