Hello sir i get tears for no reason so please tell me the reason for that. While sleeping and doing no work.

Hello This could be due to dryness or lacrimal passage blockage Try A cold compresses Bm use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist and get syringing test done
