I have an active sex life and from past 2-3 weeks i am facing a problem of tearing of my penis's foreskin after intercourse and it also pains when i pull down my skin. It takes normally 2 days to heal but again it happens after the sex. Is it a fungal infection? Any suggestions on cream?

From the complaints which have mentioned it looks like you are suffering from phimosis. Avoid forceful retraction of prepuce Treatment for phimosis is required if it is severe and hampering with your sexual activity and creating urinary problems Circumcisions is treatment for phimosis
