Talking late
My son completed 3 year but can't properly and he is very intelligent he remembers every thing but can't talk properly he only can talk single sentence .please advice me something.

for delayed speech causes are
1, functional like problem in connections between brain ear and tongue
2 .physical like organs involved in producing voice like tongue , vocal cords , palate.
so the child needs blood investigations .
and first consult a ENT surgeon they will examine ear for deafness and then they will refer to speech therapist . take paediatric doctor opinion also.
