Hi, It needs to be checked whether there was any evidence of infection in your blood reports. You may share the reports. It would be important to know if fever is associated with back pain, or burning sensation while passing urine,?? Body ache?? Etc. General advice would be to maintain a temperature charting, drink plenty of fluids ORS, consult doctor to get yourself clinically examined.
