Taking time to start urination

There is time lag of 15sec, 20 seconds everytime to start urinating. KUB, urethrogram, etc. tests are normal. Uroflowmetry test is worse. On taking Alfoo tab for 6 months there is no improvement in the flow and time lag. Dr. asked for urodynamics test, is this test necessary at this age. What is the problem I am suffering from???

You need a urodynamic study to know the reason for poor flow of urine. Better to make a diagnosis after Urodynamic study
