Taking long to urinate and seminal fluid

For the past 3 years or so a few times a month I had a problem with Urine taking around 3-5minutes to come out. Lately its been happening more frequently and yesterday happened to me 3 times. Also when after I pee or when I poo sometimes seminal fluid comes out of my penis. I drink alot of water daily and I am 25 years old.
