I think ecg should always be interpreted with respect to your symptoms, signs and imaging. Ecg gives us a clue to the type and location of cardiac pathologies. So i do not think you need to be worried about the comments nor about the interpretation. Just consult a cardiologist and he will help you after having examined you.
