I recently delivered second baby n so want to wait for few more years for operation,hence I want to know any medicine or tablet if my period is missed or I get my home pregnancy test is positive,to get back my regular period.pls advise.

See best is to follow some contraceptive method .as far  as regularisation of periods is concerned as you are lactating it can be irregular but with use of contraception you will not get pregnant
