Now I have oral thrush , leukoplakia on both side of tongue ,sometimes Night sweating ,3 year vagina thrush,.I didn't catch herpes or fungal nail .CBC is normal.FBS is normal.rescently I test hiv ECLIA generation 4 ag p24/ab is negative 0.35. Am I free hiv?

Your HIV test of 4th generation ELISA is negative and hence you're free of HIV at present. You will require strong antifungal medications and topical antifungal ointments and paint for your problems. I would advise you to maintain proper personal hygiene, have regular baths, do not re use any clothes, maintain a proper and well balanced diet, maintain ideal weight as per your BMI.
