Usually Braxton Hicks contractions or false pains increase in last trimester or pregnancy. And when the normal labour approaches the intensity and frequency of pain increases too much. You may have SHOW  the discharge of blood stained cervical mucous  and leaking per vaginum.  These are the signs that labour is impending. Best of luck.
