Swollen upper eye

She is having swollen upper eye . above eye lashes . There is no redness nor any mole eruptions in eye . Just it has swollen too much . slight irritation in eye. It happened couple of times in past one month but subsided after hot water fomentation . But again has recurred yrsetrday and it is more swollen today . please advise urgently if possible as I also have a one year kid and I m worried it does not pass on though this does not seem like to be any eye infection .. Can u suggest some medicine to take whch may ease out swelling .. Thanking in advance

Hello ..this could be recurrent stye ...this episode will subside with hot fomentation...and antibiotic eye ointment...but the recurrencr is due to poor lid hygiene...or diabetes....i recommend u to get ur blood sugar level checked and maintain lid hygiene by daily proper cleaninh ur lids n lashes to get rid of these problems for ever
