Swollen tonsillar

2017-02-10 14:23:13
Hi my tonsillar lymph nodes are slightly swollen, and extremely tender to touch, on both sides. Also pains when pressed, or when yawning or any similar jaw activity. Slight pain below jaw as well. Started yesterday, along with slight coughing and blocked nose. Is it more likely to be an infection due to cold, or is there any other cause which shows similar short term symptoms. Thanks

1. Acute exacerbation of Chronic Sinusitis with Secondary Pharyngitis - this is most probable diagnosis 2. Acute Cervical Lymphadenitis with Allergic Airway Disease 3. Acute Temporomandibular Arthralgia secondary to Wisdom Tooth eruption in upper jaw
