About 2 months ago I controlled my ejaculation(like vasectomy) for 4-6 times and stopped the habit and after about 15 days I felt pain in my right testicle and it was swollen and a bit hard(the epididymis area). The pain lasted for 1-2 days and stopped. Now after 1 month I feel the same testicle swollen more(not only the epididymis but testicle itself too) it is atleast 3x more bigger than it should be. In the recent 15-20 days nothing much happened but I did felt pain one day. What is the possible reason? Will it eventually go away on its own? How much time that can take? Or Do I need to visit a urologist? Can that be cured with medicines or will require an operation(I cannot afford an operation). Please reply in brief. Thanks.
