My lympjnodes in my neck are super swollen and have been for over 8 months. There is no pain and they aren’t not getting bigger but won’t go away. I am frequently tired, dizzy, and out of breath. I have chest pain but have done an EKG, chest x-ray and blood tests all in which were normal. My symptoms still have not gone away. I have pain in my groin area which is not from strained muscles. Please help, I’m worried.
