Swollen lymphatic tissue sore throat ear

I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma last April in the left side of my nose. I had previously had rhabdomyosarcoma when I was nine 17 years ago. The radiation I received they believe induced this tumor. They removed this one with surgery. So now I have started having a sore throat for about a month, that has just recently started ear pain. I went to the ent and he did a scope and said I had inflammed lymphatic tissue on my right side near the base of my throat. They biopsied it, should I b worried
