Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A.cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently C.  Soft steroid like fluorometholone may be required in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
