Hi,i have loaded colon .recently from past 2 days i have noticed that my anus has become swollen near vaginal regional and its really itches a lot.i have antral gastritis also.please help me out doctor,what can i do now to avoid my pain ,itching tendency and swelling of anus..guide me plz
