Tried with antibiotics. Metrogyl DG gel since 10 days but not worked out . Started with accidentally bite then it increased

From the picture it looks like a mucous retention cyst. Sometimes it can rupture on its own. But it can recur. The treatment would be cyst removal using a minor surgical procedure
