I have a swelling on my left cheek last 2 years, there is pain sometimes. I have a got an MRI done but nothing all normal. I can feel a bulge above my molar tooth inside my near wisdom tooth that was extracted but the dentist said it's normal. Kindly suggest what would be the reason and whom to consult. ENT also said there is no issue. I can feel the swelling of cheek bone and cheek above the jaw line

It might be a bony deformity.. sometimes our right side is not equal our left side, always there will some differences. However in some people it maybe more profound... If the bone structure is normal ..you dont have to worry..
