I have swelling on my foreskin and there is white substance which keep on coming. I showed it to a homeopathic doctor. Initially there was lot of redness on the skin of my penis. The treatment is going on for more than four months, but still the swelling, cuts and white discharge with itching sensation is there. Please help as I am now getting frustrated. The situation has improved but not rectified. I am a diabetic and my last week reading was 150, after fasting.
