Hello dear, As per your description it seems to be lymphadenitis which is very common in any infection near by area. Usually such swelling are associated with pain  and also redness with fever. You have to take advise of general physician as when he/she will examine you can tell the exact thing what has happened and get some blood and urine tests done from nearby lab .
