2 years back i got hit by door in backside of palm, that time swelling was there and doc told me to put crepe bandage and it was cured. But now whenever i play cricket and bowl.. i am getting swelling around wrist area and that area becoming black.. after sometime swelling is getting reduced and color changed back to normal... pls suggest ..

it may be a cyst. accumulation of fluid. it resolve on its own. if persistent then contact orthopedic
