Yesterday I felt tingling in my right nostril, and it started to swell towards the middle of the day so I figured it was a cold sore and put tea tree oil before bed. When I woke up my upper lip was swollen and hard and my right cheek keeps getting sharp pains. I saw a white head looking pimple in my nostril sand looked it a bit of white puss came out and three swelling worsened. I am former cancer patient in remission 1 year and 4 months. Should I be worried?

You seem to be having furuncle of the nose with facial abscess. Patients who have undergone chemo radiation are more prone for such infections. You need to take intravenous antibiotics and analgesics for few days
