You may have an autoimmune condition. You need certain blood reports like ANCA, MPO,PR3. We need to exclude vasculitis. Platelet count is increased and it may be found in multiple conditions. Vasculitis is one of them. Vasculitis patients suffer from skin vasculitis where small red spots may appear in skin of the arms, legs and generalized body surface which is called palpable purpura. However proper clinical examination is needed for confirmation. Please consult a rheumatologist before jumping into a conclusion and doing lab investigation.
