My limbs ar getting swelled since last 3 years after any type of exersion.. veins get protruding and are visible

Have you seen a doctor to see what the problem is? You will need to be seen by a doctor who will take a detailed history(which may have clues what the problem can be) then you will be examined and blood tests ordered as needed to come to a diagnosis.
