Swelling in left tests and mild pain.

1 day back due to some unusual position while sleeping my left testicle get pressed or hurted. when i woke up in the morning i found my left testicle with a bit swelling and the right testicle was normal. i started feeling pain in my testicles . its been more than 24 hr when i am writing this . could you please suggest me what to do next ?
