Here this in my leg from past 3 days I am having swelling and ... cramps which comes and goes ... when I sleep I don't feel pain ... and pain comes sometimes and goes away ... please see the photo attached.. can it be blood clot I want an answer for this 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
