Its been 7 days that my left eyelid is swelling, the thing is if it swells today Tomorrow the swells get small then the next day its get bigger or every time I sleep my eyes are are swelling and then suddenly today my eye are so teary, please help

might be having conjuntivitis please use antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and do hot foamentation.
