Swelling below the penis head

I had sexual intercourse for the first time today(twice) and I had an erection for around 2.5 - 3 hrs, during and post the activity. After about 2-3 hrs I noticed a swelling on the skin below the penis head, please let me know the issue with this and the remedy for this and precautionary steps to be taken. And there is no pain while passing urine, no redness or pain.
