I am experiencing swelling and itching in my palms and soles and sometimes whole hands and legs below the knees. Swelling in legs is often because of sitting for longer hours but concern is raised if i do any activity such as lifting weight with my hands such has grocery items even my hands will start swelling including fingers and with feet it recently happened i got new bellies for i just wore them for 1-2 hrs and my feet swelled. Also i get bumps sometimes but it goes after sometime
