Swelling and hardness in Right Testicle

HI, I have been sufering from Orchitis in Rt. Testis since last 8 months however no one is able to hlp me. Few said its Orchitis. Test report says its TB Orchitis. Having TB Medicines since last 7 months but no improvemnt. A sr. Dr. recomended surgery bt i didnt go. It is painful every day. Please advice if anyone can help. Would really be obliged.

TB orchitis if not responding to treatment Orchidectomy is required if patient is not responding to treatment and develops testicular abscess I will advise you to go for orchidectomy It will specimen also
