My grandmother's one leg is swelled and red in colour.please suggest. Picture has been attached please check asap. And suggest what to do. She applied bladona on it after which the leg swelled.

Hello there...    Please go and have a check of the legs at any emergency department.  There is cellulitis and if I'm not wrong then necrotising fascitis in the leg which requires emergency fasciotomy to save the leg.  If left so it might be dangerous to the life as well.  Please hurry up
