Hello... If that swelling is filled with pus ,one need to cut open and drain it ... If the pus is large enough it don't resolve on its own ... Pus need to be drained .. You can continue antibiotics and cover that hand with plastic while bathing ... Without local examination one cannot comment of wound , you have to consult general surgeon...
