Sweet taste in mouth on waking up

From the past couple of days, i wake up from sleep with a sweet taste in my mouth even though I haven't eaten anything sweet lately. Also today morning, I woke up with a lot of liquid thing on my mattress fallen out of my mouth.

firstly let rule out your medical history.. it can b due to diabetes type 2 or if u have epilepsy.. it can also be due to stomach acid reflux..firstly go to a dentist nd get ur thorough dental chek up,, then he will suggest u for ur medical chek up.
