Sweating on just 1 side

Hey, I recently found that my mom's face was sweating only on one side, when I asked her she said that she has been facing this issue for over an year now. Only the right side of her body sweats and the left side is completely dry. I'm worried because Google gave me confusing answers. She has an moderately active lifestyle and she's neither slim nor fat.
