HELLO, IT IS A NATURAL PHENOMENON. NO MEDICINE IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS. SURGEON DURING PROLONGED SURGERY WHEN SWEATING IS EXCESSIVE THEY TOOK ATROPIN, CUTTING THE AMPLE N TAKE ORALLY, BUT IT'S SIDE EFFECTS IS DRY EYE, DRY MOUTH IE ALL THE SECRETIONS REDUCE SO AS SWEATING TOO. BUT DUE TO THESE IT IS NOT ADVISABLE. O.K, BYE.
