Sweating in palms and feet mostly when I get nervous. And many times sweating happens even when the climate is cool. So it has nothing to do with only hot and humid climate.

Hello. By the way u r telling it looks like "palmo plantar hyperhidrosis". we have find any association for it by doing certain basic tests like thyroid profile, ACTH etc. And to start treatment accordingly. A treatment called IONTOPHORESIS too help along with medicines and lotions. Consult for starting the management. Thank u
