My grandmother had swallowed upper rpd.. Rpd is from canine to canine.. She also complains of pain in neck.. On x ray rpd can be seen in throat(eosophagus upper 3rd)

Denture stuck in the oesophagus is an emergency and it needs to be removed as early as possible either by a flexible endoscope if possible or by rigid esophagoscope. As RPD will have sharp edges it can injure esophageal wall if there is any delay in removal
