From past one day I have bad fever and swallow lymph nodes Swelling left side due to this when i am swallowing food I feel hurt and also sweating like anything also with in 6 months of period i got typhoid twice also.Kindly let me know what to do what kind of check up Ill have to take.

You seem to be suffering from fever and severe  throat infection.  Please Consult a doctor immediately.
