After anal surgery, sutures can sometimes give way due to constipation and straining. In most cases, these wounds are not re-stitched and are allowed to heal gradually with proper wound care, unless there is significant gaping or infection.
Next Steps
Start strict constipation control (stool softeners, high-fiber diet, plenty of fluids) and do regular warm sitz baths. Consult your surgeon for examination to rule out infection and guide further management.
Health Tips
Seek urgent review if there is severe pain, pus discharge, fever, or increasing swelling.

Consult a General Surgeon for thorough evaluation. Might need to remove the sutures and let the wound heal naturally.
Health Tips
Consume high fibre diet, stool softners, and maintain personal hygiene.

Remove those sutures. Let wound heal of its own. They are of no use now.
