Ct scan bilateral lower limb angio showed extensive atheroscelotic calcification in all arteries of bilateral lower limb - limiting angiography evaluation , bilateral common femoral artery, superficial femoral artery and deep femoral artery showed optimal contrast opacification of right poplietal artery for a length of 8.1 cms  suggestive of intraluminal thrombosis, right anterior tibial artery and posterior tibial artery showed joint opacification on delayed scan by collateral, intraluninal filling defect noted in left popliteal artery extending for a length of 3.9 cms suggestive thrombus seen extending into left posterior tibial artery for a length of approx 10.3 cms with distal filling thro collateral vessel , right dorsal pediatrics artery did not show opacification on delayed phase and left dorsal pediatrics artery showed joint opacification on delayed phase. Whether surgery can be 100% success to remove the thrombus?
