As suggested by one of renowned pls surgeon./ cosmetologist reconstructive surgeon that it's not a mole and after surgery there is chances of  redevelop and also during surgery if its root is deep large portion of area is operated due to which your lip shape may b deformed.

Hi yeah... it looks that it is deep into underlying tissue .. and hence post surgery there will be anatomical changes..
