Doctor I have reddish and inflammation inside of skin of external pile which is SPREADING to whole anus sphincter and making it tight . Doctor done CBC Test: WBC 6.32 (5.2 to 12.4) Platelet 209 (130-400) Neut 62.7 (40-74) Lymph 29.6(19-48) Mono 4.6 (3.4-9)Eos 1.0 (0-7)Baso 0.2(0-1.5) Luc 1.8(0-4). By seeing Report Doctor say this Spreading Reddish is due to ANAL FISSURE, It is not Viral or Bacteria Infection and Fungus is not spread like this. Biospy cannot be taken. Doctor What your opinion? Thanks

Hi! Thank You for your query. From your clinical history it sounds like you are having fissure. A surgeon should be able to help you.
