My skin has got sun burn on hands chest and my face It has been 20 day taught it wil recover by it self. But i can see any change ita turned dark. Any suggeztion medicine to get my skin back to normal. Some time ita bur s whn i go out. Regards Kishor

Hello...The primary measure is avoiding further exposure to the sun. Most sunburns heal completely within a few weeks.... Naproxen relieve pain and redness....Applying soothing lotions that contain aloe vera to the sunburn areas....use sunscreen lotion before going out .... Consult dermatologist
