Strictly follow the diet meaning is take small meals Domt skip the meals strictly control in carbohydrates Do exercise that is jogging for 30 min 5 times per weeek Daily monitor ur sugar level If then also sugar level is not controlling then we have to start the medication To know more consult me on practo
