Fasting-291,PP-400, Before dinner-475,. Human mixtard insulin applied 12-0-10, Please advise for this fluctuations.

Ur sugars are uncontrolled. So to control any sugars first need to control diet and lifestyle. Need to exercise regularly and watch u diet reduce weight if over weight. U also need to increase the medicines as the above dose is not making any difference. To increase need some more information. So need to consult.
